Etienne Chere is an independent Champagne maker in Courjeonnet. It has been in the same family since the late 19th century and the maison makes Champagne that earns compliments from Guide Hachette, one of France’s leading wine journals. The Brut Cuvee Maries is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.
